How to shop

1. Product selection
Browse our wide range of products - stone veneers, acoustic panels and other designer tiles that will transform your interior. For each product, you'll find detailed descriptions, photos and availability information. Choose the variant, quantity and click on the "Add to Cart" button.

 

2. Basket and order modification
Once you have added products to your basket, you can still edit the contents, change the quantity or remove items. The price and order summary are clearly displayed. If you have a discount coupon, you can enter it here and apply the discount.

 

3. Registration and login
For faster and more convenient shopping, we recommend creating an account. This way you can save your details for future purchases and keep track of your orders. However, you can also purchase without registering as a "guest".

 

4. Filling in your order details
Enter your shipping and billing information, select your shipping and payment method. Our shipping within the Czech Republic is at a fixed price of 199 CZK and most products are immediately in stock for shipment. Various payment methods are available, including prepayment, cash on delivery or online payment gateways.

 

5. Order check and dispatch
Please check all the details before sending your order. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a summary of your order and your order number. Based on your chosen shipping and payment method, the shipment will be delivered to you as soon as possible.

 

6. Ordering samples
If you are unsure of your choice of decor or material, we recommend that you use the option to order a sample of stone veneer or acoustic panel. A sample will help you to get a better idea of how the product will look in your interior.
