    Introducing stone veneer in a grey-black finish - an original natural material created by combining the beauty of nature and a simple technical process. Thanks to this, it can offer you extreme lightness and complete uniqueness of each piece. This veneer is made from real slate using a special technology. With a thickness of only 1-3 mm, it is an extra light and flexible type of tile with a wide range of applications.

     

    The stone veneer in grey-black decor can be easily installed in any interior or exterior - just use MS polymer based adhesive. It is ideal for wall cladding, bathrooms, shower enclosures, staircases, but also facades, skirting boards, rolling gates, plasterboard cores or old tiles.

     

    You can glue the veneer to almost any solid substrate, the only difference during installation is the choice of the appropriate adhesive for the specific material.

    How to Install Stone Veneer

    Acclimatization

    Before installation, leave the stone veneer in the room where it will be installed for at least 24 hours. The ideal temperature is 15–25 °C. This allows the material to adapt to the environment and prevents tension.

    Adhesive

    Use Den Braven DUO FLEX L8600 flexible adhesive. Apply the adhesive evenly to the substrate (and, if necessary, to the back of the veneer) using a notched trowel.

    Bonding

    Place the veneer in position and press it evenly across the entire surface. Work from the center toward the edges to prevent air bubbles from forming. If necessary, make slight adjustments.

    Curing and Finishing

    Allow the adhesive to cure for approximately 12–24 hours. You can then finish the joints with silicone or another suitable sealant, depending on the type of application.

    Yes. Stone veneer can easily be cut or trimmed depending on the type of cut. For straight cuts, we recommend an angle grinder with a diamond blade; for minor adjustments, you can use sharp scissors or a utility knife. The material is thin and easy to work with.

    Is stone veneer suitable for bathrooms?

    Yes, stone veneer is suitable for bathrooms and damp areas. However, we recommend using high-quality adhesive and impregnating the surface after installation to ensure long-term protection against moisture and easy maintenance.

    Can stone veneer be used outdoors?

    Yes, stone veneer can also be used outdoors, ideally on protected areas (facades, plinths, entrances). For outdoor use, it is necessary to use suitable flexible adhesive, a properly prepared substrate, and protective impregnation, which will extend the material’s service life.

    How is stone veneer maintained?

    Maintenance is very simple. Just wipe the surface with a damp cloth or a mild cleaning product without aggressive chemicals. With proper impregnation, stone veneer is resistant to dirt and retains its natural appearance for many years.
